    Mercado parroquial rural de Baños

    The present work of degree consists of developing a market proposal for the rural parish of Baños, proposing a model based on principles of modulation and versatility with the aim of achieving flexible spaces that allow satisfying the comfort of sellers and buyers for an appropriate activity commercial. Case studies of national and international referents are carried out where the design strategies are valued, this allows decisions to be made when designing the equipment. Prior to the design of the building, the urban environment was analyzed at different scales from the macro to the micro, which helped to identify the opportunities and weaknesses of the site. The project reflects topographic adaptability and the urban structure with respect to its surroundings. The equipment has been designed with prefabricated technologies of easy assembly and construction, this leads to energy savings.
