    In the present work it is a deep analysis of Public offices and services for different government programs as in this case it is the SETEC which is an office dedicated to train and teach organize groups with governmental founds. This particular work is focus on the program in the Logroño community and had as a professional consultant South Land Touring, During the present work it is a description of all the activities through the program with a particular attention on the final performance of each program goal. Also the main idea is to bring new ideas to help to improve future projects and programs.
