Item Plan de mejora del clima organizacional de la empresa VazSeguros S.A. Compañía de Seguros(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-05-18) Tirado Rodas, Katherine Vanessa; Cárdenas Calle, Miguel AlbertoThe present project was developed with the goal to identify key aspects for improvement of the Organizational Climate of VazSeguros S.A. Insurance company. The need for this research aroused from the analysis of the Service-Benefit chain whose main postulate proposes that, if the welfare of the employees is prioritized; they will be in charge of building customer loyalty. As a consequence of this, there will be positive results that will be reflected on the results of the company’s results. To achieve this objective, a descriptive research was carried out. A survey was used as the main tool, which analysed eight variables: Organizational Structure, Motivation, Communication, Leadership, Social Relations, Innovation and Technology, Compensation and Job Satisfaction. Through these, the level of Organizational Climate could be measured, obtaining an average of 75.75%; it means that, the Organizational Climate is currently above the average. This value was obtained from the evaluation of 4, that was given to each question in the survey and the weight that was given to each variable. This weight was obtained through the criteria of the Executive President and the Chief of Human Development, as it was the most appropriate according to the objectives of the company. Based on these data, it was determined that the most of the variables can be considered a strength for the company, while there were other aspects that are an opportunity for improvement. Then, based on an analysis of each question and through this to each of the indicators and variables proposed in this analysis; an Organizational Climate Improvement Plan was proposed for VazSeguros S.A. Insurance company. The purpose of which was to present aspects that were considered an opportunity for improvement and if it is possible to reinforce and highlight those that were a strength.
