The present thesis is to conduct a brief analysis from a comparative perspective, the rules governing the Ecuadorian Simplified Tax System, the benefits that this gives those within this system, from the analysis of informality that has Ecuador versus the economic conditions, as the RISE is to reduce these rates and prioritize the tax culture, and as a fundamental part of this paper presents observations from the external sector deal as Latin America, and his experience in dealing with simplified systems , in order to point out in the country, and in a company with this rating, in the town, for the analysis of economic operations, after five years of operation in the country. The development work also points out the importance in running the companies with rating scale, part of the analysis of the background, key points Ecuadorian history, the regulations which govern the most craftsmen, and finally the analysis of the economic experiences he has had one of the local businesses in their economic operations, to finally verify the size of the benefits to which hosts.
