    Análisis de la rentabilidad de las medianas empresas correspondientes al sector manufacturero en Ecuador entre los periodos 2021-2023

    The study focuses on describing the behavior of the level of profitability through the analysis of financial ratios in medium-sized companies in the manufacturing sector in Ecuador between the periods 2021 and 2023. The manufacturing sector plays a key role in the national economy. Understanding your profitability is essential for sustainable business growth and economic development. The methodology adopted combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, including a comprehensive literature review and analysis of financial data using statistical models. Key indicators such as liquidity, indebtedness, management, and profitability are examined to assess the financial health and profit-generating capacity of companies, establishing relevant ranges based on local parameters and previous studies. The results highlight significant aspects of profitability in the Ecuadorian manufacturing sector, identifying trends and making comparisons between national companies. These findings provide valuable information for various stakeholders, facilitating a crucial understanding in an ever-changing economic context. This academic article enriches the knowledge in the area and offers a solid basis for strategic decision-making in Ecuador's manufacturing sector.
