    Tipos de insuficiencia cardiaca en los pacientes hospitalizados en el HVCM Cuenca 2001-2005

    In order to establish the types of heart failure according to the cavity it affects the time evolution compensation status and dyspnea and esfurzo; the frequency according to age, gender, residence, occupation, education: identify the possible etiologies, hospitalizaciñón days, the condition on leaving patients HVCM in the period since 2001 to 2005. It is a qualitative and quantitative research; retrospective and longitudinal. The universe is 132 pacietnes admitted to the HVCM diagnosed with heart failure as books d discharge. Results: Heart insuficienca is more related to people: 1) between 70-89 masters, 2) in women, 3) in people with incomplete primary education and illiterate, 4) who live in rural areas; 5) who have committed Global cardiac, chronic, decompensated with NYHA class IV. Overall patients with heart failure have a stay in the hospital an average of six to ten days
