Methodology.- It is a retrospective descriptive quantitative study of 123 cases with diagnosis of non-traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage; the information of the hospital's computer system (AS 400) was used, making forms in Microsoft Word 2016 and processed in SPSS v23.0. The analysis was elaborated using frequencies, percentages, rates and standard deviation. Results.- Of the 123 patients observed, 56.91% were women, 24.39% were between 51 and 60 years old, and the urban population corresponded to 65.04%. The aneurysmal etiology corresponded to 52.85%, the main symptom being the alteration of consciousness (74%), followed by headache (72.4%); the majority of patients presented Hunt and Hess grades I-II-III. The mortality was 38.21%. Mortality in relation to the Glasgow, Hunt and Hess scales and Fisher data gave p <0.05. Conclusion.- The SAH is more frequent in the female sex with an age range between 51 and 60 years, the predominant etiology was aneurysm and a mortality of 38.21%
