    El trabajo social forense en el ámbito de la fiscalía

    This monograph entitled "Forensic Social Work in the field of Prosecution" has a purpose analyze the role of social worker in relation to the different types of crimes, research that will allow an approximation of theoretical elements, metadological processes to follow with techniques of Social Work and applied in the field offorensic sciences. In the first chapter, the elements that determine the Forensic Social Work are contextualized, its history is defined, the definition of forensic social expertise froma general point of view and based on what is the Prosecution, ending with the legalframework that supports the expertise in Ecuador. In the second chapter, is necessary in the role of the Social Worker in the field of criminal justice, describing the basic guidelines and steps to be followed within the social expert investigation, as well as the methodology used and the format of the report that the expert soial worker applies within the Prosecution. Finally the thirdchapter, is focused on identifying and analyzing the indicators used in social expert investigation in relation to the crimes of: psychological violence, breach of legitimate decisions of competent authority, rape, sexual abuse and injuries.
