    Análisis de la percepción que tienen los infractores de tránsito sobre conducir en estado de embriaguez en la ciudad de Cuenca

    ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the participation of persons deprived of liberty detained in the Detention Center Traffic Violator, for violating art. 385 for driving a vehicle while intoxicated mentioned in the Code of Criminal Integral 2014. The purpose of the research was to analyze the perception of traffic offenders driving while intoxicated, trying to provide qualitative information about their experiences, thoughts and feelings of detainees. The study is approached from a qualitative approach through interviews and focus groups, all of which were discussed in the Atlas program. Ti version 6.2 .; showing results in: people who break traffic laws, they do because behaviors belonged group, social and cultural influence, and a little knowledge of traffic laws, generating consequences, especially in the economic field, followed by affectations psychological and emotional both personally and familiar.
