    Valoración de crecimiento y desarrollo de los niños y niñas menores de cinco años que asisten al Centro de Desarrollo Infantil Las Ardillitas del Bosque de la parroquia Monay, Cuenca 2009-2010

    Objective: To determine the Growth and the children's Development and the girls smaller than five years that attend the Center of Infantile Development "the Squirrels" of the forest of the parish Monay of the city of Cuenca. Material and methods: It is a descriptive study that seeks to value the Growth and children's Development and girls, using for the physical development the indicators: I weigh / Age, Carves / Age, and PC / Age (in smaller than two years) For the valuation of the development psicomotriz, you applies the Abbreviated Scale of Development of Nelson Ortiz that evaluates the areas: of motricidad-thick, motricidad fine-adaptativa, audition language and personal social. The study population, all the children and girls constitute smaller than five years of the Center of Infantile Development "the Squirrels" of the forest of the parish Monay of the city of Cuenca. The results of the investigation will be given the CDI "the Squirrels" and to the address of the INFA so that they take the necessary measures according to results of the investigation.
