In recent decades, in countries such as Venezuela, Spain and Argentina; have had to be reformed and even generating standards to protect the filiation rights and to establish against whom they have to direct claims arising from these rights. The problem arises when the child conceived artificially proclaimed his right to identity and consequently requires knowing his biological origin, demand living with hisorigin family and even calls from donors of genetic material or his surrogate the right to: take their surname, to receive food or perceive his hereditary quota
