The aim of this study was to perform the measurement and evaluation of lighting, sound and thermal comfort to those who are exposed administrative workers of the construction company China Gezhouba Group Company; The study begins with the help of information Hazard identification and risk assessment, the Department of the construction SGCAS; once selected positions, performed in situ measurement of parameters and according to the provisions of the following standards and methods: The standard was used for evaluation of lighting comfort UNE-EN 12464-1: 2011, which establishes the minimum lighting values for indoor spaces, finding that no post met the set lighting levels. For acoustic comfort, Prevention Technical Note # 794, Evaluation of interference in the communication was used: SIL Method; knowing that the existing noise does not imply an affectation for workers, it was found that most jobs except the occupational physician, did not meet the required minimum distances established in the method. Finally, to evaluate the thermal comfort index fanger average valuation was used; proving that comfort is within prescribed intervals; however the relative humidity is above what established by Royal Decree 486/1997, minimum safety and health in the workplace; BUT board establish operational controls for this parameter.
