    Propuesta de modelo de negocios para un centro de transferencia de conocimientos (coworking) en el cantón Azogues

    The objective of this Degree Project is to design a Business Model under the Canvas methodology for the Knowledge Transfer Center (Coworking) in the Azogues Canton, period 2025-2029, for the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that energizes the local economy acting as a meeting point between entrepreneurs, professionals, university students and MSMEs. This research study begins with the diagnosis through the theoretical framework, then details the methods used to collect and analyze the information in which techniques such as expert interviews, focus groups and surveys were used. In addition, action, operation, marketing, strategic and financial plans were developed, determining the viability and feasibility of the project. Finally, the financial analysis showed that the project is indeed feasible due to a positive NPV and an IRR higher than the discount rate, considering that the “Project Fee” must be executed. However, it’s essential to promote digitization, create strategic alliances and implement a municipal ordinance that defines the annual budget.
