Item Influencia en la producción de biomasa, etanol y ácido acético con el incremento de la concentración de la levadura Saccharomyces Cerevisiae en fermentaciones anaerobias del mucílago del cacao CCN-51(2018-08-30) Serpa Nieves, Andrea Carolina; Tenesaca Castillo, Oscar Vinicio; Delgado Noboa, Jorge WashingtonThe main goal of this study is to optimize the production of bioethanol, increasing the concentration of yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae and simultaneously evaluate the production of acetic acid in anaerobic fermentation. This process was made in a reactor type Batch Biotron GX Single Vessel, where cocoa mucilage was fermented CCN-51 given to its high value of productivity. This experiment was compared with a Simplex method which is recommended in two variables for better productivity of this process. The variables evaluated in this experiment are: generation of biomass, bioethanol, extract and acetic acid, using methods: dry weight, Winnick, fenol-sulfuric acid and potentiometric titulation respectively. The optimum parameters of operation of the bio reactor are: temperature of 35 °C and pH of 4, theoretically we deduce that when yeast concentration is increased to 20 g/L also increases the productivity of the process. In practice the limit of concentration of the yeast was 8 g/L, considering this the optimum because the superior values avoid the normal process of the team. The optimum experiment gives a productivity of 1,3474 g/L and a maximum concentration of bioethanol of 28,2954 g/L on other side the maximum concentration reach of biomass is 43,6467 g/L and the maximum concentration of acetic acid is 0,1869%. To this experiment results applied different mathematic models utilizing the software MATLAB 2017b. The biomass was analyzed thru the integrated logistic model.
