    Implementación de estrategias para un modelo de negocio colaborativo con distribuidores en el sector farmacéutico a nivel nacional

    The purpose of this research project is to design strategies for the implementation of a collaborative business model at the national level between the distributor José Verdezoto and the retailers (pharmacies) to strengthen the competitiveness of the value chain of pharmaceutical products. The methods used to carry out the diagnosis of the retailers and the Distributor are: surveys, graphs, growth rates, matrices and financial indicators; therefore, the research method is qualitative and quantitative. In addition, a financial proposal has been developed with income and expense projections to support the implementation and growth of the collaborative business. Finally, the main strategy of the collaborative business model has been presented and socialized with the managers of Distribuidora José Verdezoto, concluding that the strategy to be implemented is viable.
