    The purpose of the development of this document is to generate an architectural proposal that has all the necessary characteristics to correct the current needs of the Crecer Foundation, for this a review and theoretical analysis is carried out in order to know each of the concepts necessary to implement a optimal architectural proposal, now, once this analysis is concluded, we move on to the second part, the methodology, which consists of the study of 5 projects focused on providing a service for people with different abilities, both physical and intellectuals, these are validated through a qualification where various parameters are considered, this in order to select the most similar cases to the Crecer foundation project, to continue with the comparative study, attaching the current regulations, and in this way to be able to generate an architectural proposal accurate, where each of the necessary elements are considered, and in this way obtain a real proposal that adjusts to the regulations and reality of the institution. Once these analyzes have been completed, an architectural project is proposed that promises to consider each of the necessary elements to generate an architectural proposal that provides a solution to the current problems of the foundation and guarantees adequate and timely functioning for all those who are part of this center.
