    The main objective of this work is to contribute to the understanding of the architectural heritage as a resource for development through conservation of its heritage values, especially focused on the case of patrimonial complex of Todosantos. So you search through the theoretical investigation of the concepts of the topic, a better understanding of the implications of changing the use of a capital asset to promote it as a resource for development. Also, after analyzing different case studies and analysis of the context, it is achieved have grounded bases and criteria to finally achieve a coherent approach to the context and with complex of Todosantos design.
