    Análisis de la responsabilidad social empresarial en la minería en el sector Bella Rica caso Minerbellar S.A. en el año 2013

    This thesis aims to present a "Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility in the mining sector Bella Rica case Minerbellar SA in 2013.” With this analysis is to measure their level of management performance that makes the company and provide guidance on its socially responsible with their different stakeholders. Chapter I presents an overview of the sector "Bella Rica" operation whose rights belong to the cooperative of the same name, in which the role it plays in this mining camp explained later history of the Company include Minerbellar SA where important aspects that provide insight to the company under study are detailed. Chapter II presents a legal framework that briefly explains the main laws in Ecuador have been established to regulate extractive companies that are related to social responsibility. In addition, a theoretical framework that contains the basics of ISO 26000 is presented, and secondly describes the Ethos Indicators is the tool used to evaluate and diagnose CSR. Chapter III presents the application of Ethos Indicators by a series of questions already established and adapt to the reality of the Company Minerbellar SA Finally, in Chapter IV the results of diagnosis, it has determined that the company has a good level of performance in CSR practices are presented.
