    Factores determinantes de mora en la cartera destinada a la unificación de deudas en las oficinas que componen el territorio Cañar de Cooperativa Jardín Azuayo

    This research analyzes the factors influencing delinquency in consumer loans allocated for debt consolidation at Cooperativa Jardín Azuayo, Cañar territory, between 2021 and 2024. Using a logistic regression model applied to a population of 1 967 loans, significant variables were identified, including employment type, geographic location, education level, gender, membership seniority, income, liabilities, and net worth. The results indicate that public employment, stable income, and higher net worth serve as protective factors, whereas higher liabilities, urban location, and divorced marital status increase the risk of default. The study concludes that credit assessment should emphasize repayment capacity and financial stability, and proposes management strategies based on specialized scoring, proactive monitoring, and financial education to mitigate risk.

    Propuesta de modelo de negocio aplicado a Secohi Cía. Ltda. período 2018-2022

    The present work prior to get the degree in Business Administration, aims to prepare an improvement proposal for SECOHI Cía. Ltda., based on the strategic and management diagnosis for the last five years, to analyze the way in which the company confronts the unfavorable scenarios and takes advantage of the opportunities presented by the environment, in addition to studying its current value proposal and focusing the main problems that have led them to lose their market leadership, as well as, will determine the attributes most valued in the commercial sector in which the company operates, in order to know the positioning of their brand in the mind of the consumer. To define of the baseline of the project aims to design improvements in the business model with which SECOHI currently operates and the impact of these improvements on the organization and its stakeholders; Based on the CANVAS methodology, the company will be fragmented into nine components for the description of the current business model and the structuring of the new model. A Balancedscore Card will also be designed to monitor and fulfill the goals and objectives of the improved business model proposal, presented in an electronic sheet with the automated calculations to show the results and signal the implementation of the model in the when the necessary data are entered.
