    Over the years it has been observed as technology and architecture gone advanced in different ways, creating amazing designs that were previously unimaginable, however, not all the designs have been created are accessible to all people, putting certain groups outside these spaces, in this specific case the person with mobility disabilities. Motor Disability affects movement and displacement of people, so accessibility and enabling media represent major needs they face. That is why there is a responsibility to put spaces, furniture and specific support for the proper use and access of goods and services that allow their basic, social and emotional needs, then the objective is to design a housing complex where architectural barriers are removed and implement the so-called Universal Design, where disability is not a condition of the person, as the set of attributes created by the space in which they are going to live will be the most optimal for their development.
