    Smoking is one of the major epidemics of the twentieth century. In this new type of pandemic vaccines will not work classic. To face it with possibilities of success, society needs first accurate information on the characteristics of the problem and, from there, the application of comprehensive policies that allow a significant reduction in consumption.
