    Determinación de riesgo perinatal en embarazadas que asisten a consulta externa del sub-centro de Salud El Valle, Cuenca 2013

    Objective: this research determined perinatal risk factors in pregnant woman attending outpatient consult in the house health located in Valle belonging to Cuenca city Materials and Methodology: it is a descriptive research that seek to determine the risk factors in pregnant women who attended the house health in the Valle in the months of March, April and May 2013 To calculate sample, sampling was used for selection which corresponded to 74 pregnant women antenatal care is the months of March, April and May of 201. As technique was used direct observation, interview, survey and review of the laboratory test for the determination of the factory of maternal- fetal risk. As instrument was used the form Nº 051 CLAP. The information was processed on an electronic database, developed in Excel; they are presented in tabular form for the respective descriptive analysis Results: of the 74 pregnant women attending the outpatien health sub-center in Valle, it identified that perinatal risk factors most relevant were the high risk obstetrical (ARO1) whit 70%, BMI whit the low weight ratio 70%, occupancy of QQDD with 70%, the 71% occupational level, 53%atudy- family and personal history 37% Conclusion: we determined that the main risk factor in relation to the high obstetrical risk (ARO 1) obstetric data relating to more prevalence in pregnant women attending outpatient sub- center DeCS: PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS/EPIDEMIOLOGY; RISK FACTORS; PREGNANCY, HIGH-RISK; PERINATAL CARE/STANDARDS; PREGNANT WOMEN; HEALTH CENTERS; CUENCA-ECUADOR
