Item Identificación y evaluación de factores de riesgos en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Jadán(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-06-10) Salinas Orrego, Luis Ángel; Espinoza Hernández, Paulina RebecaThe present investigation allowed to know the conditions of security of the teachers of the Unidad Educativa Jadán, the same one that is a rural public institution of the Circuit 0203 Jadán – Gualaceo, of the District 01D04 CHORDELEG – GUALACEO. In order to accomplish this task, it was necessary to know the potential risks and implement the necessary preventive measures in order to maintain and safeguard the safety of teachers. Consequently, the following study sought to promote the health of teachers in their professional activity from the identification of the risks present in the workplace to which they are exposed, in addition, as part of this study an interactive risk prevention software was developed focused on teachers, to instill preventive values and awareness of risks through recreational activities and contribute to the reduction of accidents futures. The methodology focused on a cross-sectional descriptive study, initially occupational risks were identified through the risk matrix GTC 45, 21 risks were diagnosed in total for the teachers of the Jadán Educational Unit of which 19 are acceptable, however, a percentage of 68% of teachers who present ergonomic risk in their jobs was obtained by staying for prolonged times in the same way a comparative analysis was obtained among the ergonomic risk variables compared to the age of the staff and sex, obtaining statistically as a result that there is no significant difference between the variables compared, it was found that psychosocial risks predominate in 32%, the statistical results obtained when conducting the questionnaire for the assessment of psychosocial risk factors developed by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador show that 17 of the teachers evaluated have a medium psychosocial risk and 8 teachers present a high psychosocial risk
