    This investigation, named "Euthanasia, a humanitarian act limited by our legislation?", Aims to explain briefly and generally how the debate about socially urgent issues has been generated. That´s why is the case, to shuffle the possibility about Euthanasia introducing, as a legal system Institution for us. So, it is necessary to know and to refer Constitutional Law basic concepts, like fundamental rights and their guarantees; It has been very important to generate an interpretation job about dignified life right, focusing the analysis on the fact that citizens are entitled to access a pious death. For this investigation study, we have focused a fundamental defense rights of human beings point, always supporting free rights exercise. This progressive effect has been generated extensive discussions and controversies about legal practice of those individuals that they still has the same point of view from earlier times and who have been influenced by totally unrelated factors to the fundamentals rights in strict sense. But we have had a breakthrough, being that first instance, the debate has already been opened and euthanasia topic is already on dialogue table place at the and that is why we have made a progress
