    Importancia de la NIC 37 provisiones, activos y pasivos contingentes al utilizar INCOTERMS en operaciones de comercio exterior

    Currently applying countable standards and carrying out foreign trade operations is usual in our environment. Therefore, the objectives of the thesis are to determine the importance of NIC 37 PROVISIONS, ACTIVE AND PASSIIVE CONTINGENTS AT THE POINT OF UTILIZING INCOTERMS DURING FOREIGN TRADE OPERATIONS. When performing activities of importing and exporting, companies can face certain possibilities that can already be reflected or revealed as a provision or contingency in the financial states, thus showing the closest values to reality. We also cannot fail to mention the incoterm standards as they are of great help in foreign trade operations since they establish standards that should be done all parts involved in these operations. This research also exemplifies the importation and exportation process in regards to accounting treatment and the provisions that could be applied in the foreign trade operations
