Plan de comunicación interna para la Comunidad Voluntaria Va Pa’ Lante

The present degree work aimed at create a Communication Plan that had the capacity to guide non-profit institutions on the management of their internal audiences, taking into account motivation and collaboration as an indispensable factor. The methodology applied was based on research through experiences; for this, being a participant in volunteering activities, factors related to demotivation and their fruits that hinder the advancement of the institution could be identified. To prove this, questionnaires used in surveys and in a focus group were elaborated, it was also complemented with a comparison study tools that were applied in order to identify what is needed to ensure their stay in the organization and how their actions can be motivated; this would serve to foster the balance between a non-profit institution, where providing incentives in a material way is a challenge for the leaders, and willing volunteers with a contribution of ideas, service and significant fellowship. In this way, proceeded to create an Internal Communication plan focused on obtaining members actually involved in the institutional philosophy of Va Pa' Lante; to this end, a gamification strategy was designed that encourages collaborative work and the interest of volunteer applicants and current collaborators.
