Themethod of innovationconsists of 5 stages: 1) Identification and selection of innovationopportunities 2) Generation of ideas 3) Evaluation of ideas 4) Development of the idea 5) Implementation In thefirststageinnovationopportunitiesidentifiedthrough interviews withseniormanagement of Continental Tire Andina S.A., whocouldcontributefromhisextensiveexperience,in additiontoconsideringtheopportunities of Continental AG (Central Hannover - Germany), and keyopportunities are selectedconsideringthepriorities of thecompany In thenextstage, a creativeworkshopwith 13 employees of theCompany, wherethetechnique of SCAMPER, a list of questionstostimulate ideas, thesamethatwereanalyzedtoobtainthe 3 mostoutstanding ideas applieddeveloped and representingproduct, process and serviceinnovation. In thethirdstagetechnique (advantages and disadvantages) and economicallyobtainedwereevaluatedthree ideas, developingthem in thefourthstage and the final stageleavingthecompany in consideration of implementation and launch.
