Materials and methods: Quantitative, analytical, of a cross-section and observational study in which 410 users who fulfilled the inclusion criteria participated. The analysis was carried out on IBM SPSS 23 and Epidat 3.1., and the statistical association with Spearman´s correlation, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test. Chi-square was applied, showing reason of incidence and confidence intervals to 95%, accepting the hypothesis with a value of p<0.05. Results: The incidence of domestic violence was 93.2% from this to 57.85% of women showed sexual dysfunction RP 1,11 (1,05-1,18) p<0,000. The incidence of female sexual dysfunction was 55.1%; it was statistically associated risk factors with domestic violence RP 3,23 (1,45-7,20) p<0.000, age ≥40 years RP 1.73 (1,44-2,08) p<0.000, level of education (school) RP 1.36 (1,14-1,63) p<0.003, traumatic sexual experience, RP 1.65 (1,42-1,93) p<0.000, dissatisfied marital relationships RP 1,73 (1,48-2,03) p< 0.000, extreme relative poverty socio-economic level, RP 1,29 (1,05-1,57) p<0.026, it was protective factor unstable partner, RP 0,78 (0,63-0,96) p<0.017. Conclusions: Female sexual dysfunction was associated with domestic violence, age, level of education, marital status, socio-economic level, traumatic sexual experience and relationship of partner.
