    El clima organizacional en cinco emprendimientos comunitarios de la provincia del Azuay

    The objective of this research work is to analyze the Organizational Climate in five community companies in the province of Azuay; to find possible opportunities to improve it and thus to offer a better service to the community. The results of this research project, besides to allow me to obtain the professional degree, it will constitute a very useful source of information to know the current reality of the organizational climate in the community companies of the province of Azuay. In the execution of this work, the type of descriptive and analytical exploratory research was applied. To obtain the information a survey was used as a tool that contains eight variables (organizational structure, motivation, communication, style of command, social relations, health and safety organization, remuneration and innovation), which allowed to know the organizational climate in five community enterprises in the province of Azuay; after the analysis it was concluded that there is an adequate organizational climate, it was gotten the 98% of favorable responses and 2% of unfavorable responses which ones should be improved. Finally, recommendations are made on the variables that require to be improved; so that the projects will be developed satisfactorily.
