The demands range from a customer perspective and to the extent that their expectations are reached or surpassed in the best of cases. These are the reasons that motivated the analysis of the level of customer satisfaction in the upscale restaurants of Paute: Restaurant Rio Grill and Restaurant Corvel. Their development is evidenced in the following sections.
