    Anteproyecto de parque inclusivo en la comuna de “San José de Manglaralto”, cantón de Santa Elena, Ecuador

    In the commune of San José de Manglaralto, after the development of the Urban Development Plan, a deficit of public facilities was identified. For this reason, the planning document mentions that a land reserve will be set aside for an inclusive spatial park to meet these social needs by providing residents and visitors with a place with universal accessibility dedicated to social coexistence and outdoor activities. To develop a preliminary project of an inclusive park in the commune of San José de Manglaralto that will provide a space for social interaction and recreation for all people, regardless of their abilities.for which the main objective of the curricular integration work is the design of the architectural preliminary project of an inclusive park under the criteria of universal accessibility, aimed at providing a space for social interaction and recreation for all people, regardless of their abilities. For its development, a pertinent bibliographic review, review of theoretical background, detailed analysis of successful case studies, site analysis, architectural design and conclusions are intended. Aspects such as accessibility, functionality and aesthetics will be considered, as well as the specific needs of older adults in terms of health care, recreation and leisure.
