Found that 22.5 % of patients had UTI, be the main causal agent Escherichia coli (E. coli) with 71.11 %, second Enterobacteragglomerans (11.1 % ), followed by Klebsiellaozaenae(8.8 % ), Enterococcus faecalissmaller percentage (4.4 % ), Citrobacterdiversus and finally Streptococcus agalactie with 2.2 % each. The susceptibility to antibiotics used in the case of E. coli , 40 % were ampicillin sensitive; ampicillin + sulbactam sensitive 93.33 %; amoxicillin + clavulanic acid, 70 % sensitive and 20 % intermediate sensitivity; for the case of cephalothin, 66.67 % of sensitivity and 20 % of intermediate sensitivity; finally nitrofurantoin was 100 % sensitive It concluded that the most prevalent pathogen and causative agent of UTI was E. coli and the treatment choice suggested in the gestation period is ampicillin + sulbactam.
