    Jardín Azuayo Credit and Savings Cooperative have introduced a new service called line of credit to the financial market. Therefore, setting goals have been established at the office level where each one of them should look for mechanisms to achieve such goals. Thus, our research is aimed at creating a value proposal which can generate a competitive advantage for the financial institution, and allow active partners to acquire this new service. We have access to first-hand information and, in conjunction with our field study, we put forward a business model based on the CANVAS model, which will serve as support for Paute office to the fulfillment of goals for the placement of lines of credit by developing improvement ideas adapted to the demands requirements. Our research brings together a financial analysis, micro and macro economic analysis, operational plan, strategic plan, marketing plan, human resources plan, viability project, impact on the cooperative and the social part, risk analysis, recommendations, planning, execution and control of the business model.
