    This thesis was developed with the aim that, once the study is completed is able to design a Plan Safety and Industrial Hygiene for the company IMPORQUIVI Co. Ltd. and both represent a useful tool. The company in question is engaged in import and marketing of wood and its accessories for woodworking. The study begins with the identification Risk Assessment continues with them through a mathematical application which uses tables and calculations for determining the level Risk Matrix method known as William Fine. Hence the results of this matrix are the basis for developing preventive measures and recommendations that allow us to reduce these Risks.
