Item Diseño de interiores residenciales mediante contenedores marítimos(2022) Reinoso Yunga, Edwin Nestorio; Zhindón Duarte, Jonnathan AndrésAn optimal alternative to propose a new type of housing in the city of Cuenca (Ecuador), is the use of maritime containers that are in a state of nullity. In addition, it seeks to analyze the responsiveness of these types of volumes when using them as the base structure for an interior design project. In the same way, this research focuses on the use of design methodologies and concepts that generate different views to transform a metal box into a new functional habitable space. The study collects the user's empathy map in order to detail the time and activities that they develop and interact with each interior space, in addition to examining the different formal, functional and constructive applications to generate an interior design proposal. In this way, the designer faces feedback after each phase in which he reflects on how interior design creates unique, comfortable, welcoming environments that in turn promote the emotional development of each user.Item Método investigativo-creativo aplicado al diseño de interior residencial generado mediante contenedores marítimos(2023) Reinoso Yunga, Edwin Nestorio; Zhindón Duarte, Jonnathan AndrésNowadays, the investigative-creative method has taken on a very important role in the field of design and architecture, which is areflection ofa rationalist society focused on or inspired by critical thinking, the product of a long evolution of methods and techniques applied to solve a certain problem. The methodologies have meant a radical change at the moment of projecting due notonly to their contribution of data collection and interpretation, but also because of the strong theoretical and descriptive support that they provide to different investigations in the field of design and architecture. This scientific paper shows the results of the use of research methodologies applied to the case study Proposal of residential design through containers in the city of Cuenca-Ecuador, for the Arevalofamily 2(2019). In this way, analysis will allow depth to understand how the process of each method usedenables the researcher to deepen his knowledge on every topic. In the same way, that knowledge will generate a link to do as a progress point and feedback for the development of new ideas or unknowns and thus generate an optimal result.Item Propuesta de diseño residencial mediante containers en la ciudad de Cuenca-Ecuador, para la familia Arévalo(2019-06-03) Reinoso Yunga, Edwin Nestorio; León Martínez, Manuel AlfredoThis research aspires to generate a new type of single-family housing by using several elements for its construction; elements totally different from conventional construction materials and finishing touches managed in the Azuay province of Ecuador. To carry out this project, a theoretical-graphic investigation of the different points covered by a dwelling is carried out, the study of the characteristics and specifications of the modules (containers) for their possible application as a new place to live, as well as the construction research with the new type of modules to be applied. This research is presented in the first chapter of this document. Likewise, a study is made of the existing regulations in the city of Cuenca, and the analysis of the place to intervene with the new building to be proposed, based on the study of three references that help identify possible solutions and generate new ideas, both in the volumetric spatial distribution of the house, as well as each of its interior spaces, and above all the needs of the future inhabitants that will define the type and form of integral design of the house. An optimal housing design proposal is generated by developing a project that provides solutions for each of the housing spaces distributed for a family with their needs and problems. The project will have each of the necessary specifications for easy project understanding (2D and 3D), as well as the final cost of the work in our environment.
