Non-profit Institutions are organizations that are born from a need of a group of people. In the case of entities such as the Association of families for the Autism of Azuay (AFAPADA) have been trying to raise awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder for many years, but their results have not been favorable. The lack of a communication plan that helps to use appropriate channels for the dissemination of the message has caused that the attempt to make itself known to the citizens fails and can not achieve the adequate results. This project encompasses three corners of communication that allows sending the message and bringing the target audience of eta Association together. First we consider it fundamental to establish internal and organizational communication guidelines within the members of AFAPADA, since it is important to begin strengthening the objectives from within. After this, the management of Public Relations was able to send the message that was wanted to the audience. Digital and traditional media fulfilled their function by connecting the Association with the external public. Finally, the Strategic Alliances made the public and private sector contribute to the growth of the AFAPADA message
