    Ejecución a nivel local del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir mediante la aplicación de la política pública a través del Centro Infantil para el Buen Vivir de Quingeo

    Planning in the public sphere can generate guidelines that the efforts of both the institutions and the public are reversed. Therefore, this thesis analyzed the local implementation of the National Plan for Good Living by implementing public policy through the Children's Center for Living of Quingeo parish. To this end, this research is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part contains four chapters: the first, the meanings and elements of the state is described, in the second, the issue of development, where its origin and the different meanings described in this paragraph include the design addresses Good Living, in the third, reference to the main elements of the welfare state is, finally, in the fourth chapter, the basics of the Social Policy discussed. The empirical part consists of two chapters: the results and discussion and conclusions. Indeed, in the fifth chapter the results on social policies regarding children under 5 years of age is presented. In addition, the state of situational analyzes Children's Center stop of Quingeo Good Living, as well as the impact of the center on the social welfare of children and mothers. Finally, the sixth chapter and the discussion generated from the results conclusion.
