    When man gets older, need involuntarily care and patience of others, as well as suitable, conscious, safe and comfortable spaces, that lead them to enjoy this stage of life that we all are getting to. This draft seeks to solve all kinds of needs of the elderly, by design strategies; providing a space where they can improve their physical, mental health, autonomy, adaptation and quality of life. From an analysis of the current situation of the city, plus a study of regulations and design criteria applied for the elderly, it will be projected a building that comply all users requirements.
