    Incidencia de la sobreprotección en la dislalia funcional, en niños menores de nueve años, que acudieron a la consulta terapeútica en el Centro de Lenguaje y Psicoterapia Mercedes de Jesús Molina en la Ciudad de Machala. 2008-2013

    Background The Dislalia has been a concern of many scholars that justified the analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of speech linguistic processes in the field of neuroscience, states that language development is critical in family, social and educational performance an individual. Objective To determine the incidence of overprotection in functional dislalia in children under age nine who attended the therapeutic consultation at the Center for Language and Psychotherapy "Mercedes of Jesus Molina" in the city of Machala. Methodology It is a descriptive retrospective cross-sectional study, in which we sought to specifically determine the incidence of over-the Dislalia Functional in children under age nine who attended the therapeutic consultation in the CLPMJM in the city of Machala from 2008 to 2013. He worked with a finite universe of 262 Medical Records with language test children under nine years. As a technical review of the language test and clinical histories of files Mercedes of Jesus Molina Center, among the instruments used data sheets test of articulation (of Navarre) and family psychological HTP, rain were used. (John Buck, Abrams and Amchin; Corman). The data were entered into the Excel software and SPSS version 21 and the results have been presented in simple tables and double-supported analysis. Results The most significant results are presented dislalia than men in greater numbers than women, which led to conflicts over protection if the language development of children, that during the year 2011 were greater assistance to therapy by language problems. It was not necessary to be an only child, since as many dislalia presented children with more siblings. Conclusions The presence of overprotection has generated further conflict in children aged 6-7 years overprotection situation as well as the affection highest percentage in the ages of 6-7 years girls also shown in strengthening the dislalia functional.
