    Impacto de la intervención educativa sobre anticoncepción en adolescentes del Instituto Pedagógico Intercultural Bilingue Quilloac. Cañar, 2014

    Objective: In this research Educational Intervention Program Contraception was applied to adolescents "Bilingual Intercultural Pedagogical Institute Quilloac". Methodology: Research Action (Educational Intervention) was performed in adolescents Pedagogical Institute Intercultural Bilingual "Quilloac" he used a pre CAPs on contraception, then execute a plan of educational intervention, then applied a post CAPs to determine the impact thereof. As the interview technique was used direct observation; Data were recorded on a form developed and validated by the authors. The information was processed in EXCEL and SPSS programs, and then presented in tables with their statistical analysis. Results: We worked with 206 adolescents, of whom 63.1 % were male and 36.9 % are women who, despite having information about contraception in 75.7 % in the pre CAPs have low knowledge about sex, contraception, contraceptives, sex, bodies involved in pregnancy, regarding the practice could deduce that 54.4 % have sex with or without protection. After the educational intervention, the results improved substantially, from 0.5 % of knowledge about contraception to a 59.7 % decrease in the percentage of inadequate knowledge and do not know. Conclusions: educational strategy implemented teens Bilingual Intercultural Pedagogical Institute "Quilloac" has been positive, improved knowledge and attitudes.
