    Study descriptive retrospective aims to establish the chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus (diabetic foot, eye, kidney disease, atherosclerosis and macroangipatías), determining their frequency. The universe of study were patients HVCM clinic area, served during 2003, and had acute and chronic complications of this disease. The sample consisted of 73 patients, of which women 61,64son. The 39,73de diabetic patients had more than 2 simultaneous complications. The 26,03presentaron microangiopathy and atherosclerosis.
