    It is important that companies are subject to and comply with the standards established by the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security in order to prevent risks and be always on continuous improvement of working conditions. That is why this study contributes to the security department and the environment of the company Continental Tire Andina SA complies with the conditions laid down in technical management is concerned will be divided into four chapters: The first chapter contains general information about the company and its location, historical background, organization, analysis of the current situation and strategic planning. In the second chapter the concepts necessary for the understanding of the Technical Management met. In the third chapter will be the development of the technical management: identification, measurement, assessment and monitoring of environment and health of the various types of risks that can cause accidents or occupational diseases. Also the different methods and tools established as matrices of occupational hazards, OWAS, etc. Finally in the fourth chapter the conclusions, recommendations and annexes having developed the entire study were found.
