    The research presents a Management Business Processes Model for GLOBALSHOES CIA. LTDA., and provides a theoretical basis that contains guidance and management tools that help to know and permit to efficiently and effectively manage the processes of the organization. In order to develop the model, information was collected by interviewing employees and direct observation of activities in the company. This dataset made be possible to identify and determine the processes, elaborate the flow diagrams, does the process map, process sheets and indicators. To improve the critical processes of the value chain, several tools and the structure of an action plan are proposed which helps to continuously improve the processes, increases efficiency, effectiveness, and allows internal and external customers satisfaction. To monitor and control, the PDCA methodology was set which enables the company to optimize resources and achieve the planned results. Note that these guidelines can be applied to all processes of the organization. Process management model is a useful tool for improving the work of the organization towards creating value and meet customer needs, and is a guide for any company.
