Item La estética neogótica en Cuenca. El caso del artista Eduardo Moscoso y el Prohibido Centro Cultural(2017-01-12) Quezada Bravo, Francisco Miguel; González Moscoso, ElsaThis study seeks to establish the symbolic and metaphorical elements as well as the aesthetic categories present in the erotic, lively, thanatological, exotic, antireligious, and narcissistic genres within a syncretic plot. In such genres the artist Eduardo Moscoso’s creative production, and the situation of the Prohibido Centro Cultural [Forbidden Cultural Center] in Cuenca-Ecuador, owned by the mentioned artist, fit. Toward this aim, this thesis realizes a descriptive, analytical, and interpretive study of the most representative of his work.
