The information was condensed in a database in Microsoft Excel 2019 and analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics version 18 program according to the type of variable; for qualitative variables, absolute frequencies and percentages were used; and for quantitative variables, measures of central tendency and dispersion were used. Results: Of all the nursing professionals who participated in the study, 19.8% had a good level of knowledge of CPRN, 75.3% had fair knowledge and 4.9% had poor knowledge. In terms of attitude, 95.4% have a positive attitude and 4.6% have a negative attitude. Conclusion: The nursing professionals studied have a fair level of knowledge and a positive attitude towards CPRN.
