    Medidas socioeducativas impuestas a los adolescentes por el cometimiento de infracciones penales tipificadas en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal

    This paper presents a comparative analysis between regulating the fifth title of the fourth book of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence takes place, called the Socio measures, among which now regulates the Criminal Code of Integral through its reformatory available Fourteenth since the reform of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence delete that title and adds the fifth book called Socio measures, bringing certain changes in the abovementioned Act. With this monograph understand that adolescence is a difficult time when a teenager for being in a vulnerable period within which by certain factors can not discern good and evil, it must improperly, leading to him to commit an offense criminal, with the advantage that their condition can not be held criminally responsible, yet its wrong act is not lost as a result of that educational measures are imposed on them that aim to correct the child's behavior and rehabilitate to proper reintegration into society, measures that may be custodial and non-custodial, which will be fulfilled in special centers and trained, but something important is that within such centers teen can commit disciplinary offenses as a result of disobedience of rules of conduct established within those institutions, faults will be sanctioned by their respective administrative procedure.
