Which could leads to crucial consequences in their development of capabilities and abilities. Under this conception, CEDIUC is a center that provides care to this population and is also a benchmark in comprehensive work with children. It is important to determine the prevalence of neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities in the population of patients who have been seen in recent years. Objective To determine the prevalence of neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities at the Child Development Center of the University of Cuenca (CEDIUC) during the period of 2015-2019. Methods Quantitative, descriptive and retrospective study; where data was collected from the medical records of patients who attended CEDIUC, the number of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities in the period 2015-2019; By means of data tabulation with the statistical-computer program (IBM SPSS - v25), the results obtained were classified according to the variables established in statistical tables. Results Of the 1,134 medical records reviewed, it was concluded that 56.53% have a diagnosis, of which 51.86% have neurodevelopmental disorders and 4.67% have disabilities; Regarding disorders, intellectual disability prevails with 29.37% in the male gender, in ages 0-3 years belonging to the urban area; Regarding disabilities, physical disability predominates in all age ranges, in the male gender in rural areas.
