    Síndrome de Burnout y otros riesgos psicosociales en médicos residentes, enfermeras y auxiliares de enfermería de la Clínica Santa Ana

    The health work is surrounded by high emotional demands and labor that influence the health of the personnel, so that the theme of this research has as main objective to determine the presence of the Burnout syndrome and of psychosocial risk factors in medical residents, nurses and nursing auxiliaries of the Clínica Santa Ana. For this study, we used quantitative methodology, research non experimental, transversal or Transectional correlational Descriptive; - Causal. For the assessment of psychosocial factors FPSICO method was used by the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT) and to determine the Burnout Syndrome was used of the Maslach Burnout Inventory in its adaptation into Spanish for professionals of human services (Maslach & Jackson, 1986). The results show that the Resident Doctors, Nurses and Nursing Assistants are exposed to psychosocial risk factors. Within the very high level of risk predominate, the working time with 64%, 55% workload and Participation/Supervision 82 per cent of the affected population, thus generating an unsatisfactory situation. The MBI-HSS questionnaire showed that a nurse in the range of 45-54 years with fixed schedule of entry and exit, presents the Burnout Syndrome, that in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, the level of risk is high and personal fulfilment in the dimension the risk level is low.
