    This integrative project was carried out with the purpose of determining application efficiency and effectiveness of collection processes, billing and portfolio management of the Escombrera of the EMAC EP for proper decision-making to ensure institutional strengthening, by analyzing reports revenue and expenses during the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 October 2018. for the development of this control action met the audit phases: planning of knowledge was obtained activities of the Institution and programs established to develop the next phase, Thus, in the execution, the findings were determined through audit techniques and procedures that will be reported in the results communication phase through a report that contains recommendations that can generate added value to the Enterprise, were determined finally generated a plan of action to correct the irregularities detected during the special examination.
