    Evaluación y propuesta de mejora al sistema de control interno de la empresa SINAÍFARM S.A. por el periodo 2017

    This present integrative project titled "Evaluation and proposal of improvement to the internal control system of the company SINAÍFARM S.A. for the period 2017" has been developed in order to propose improvements for the internal control system of the company. The proposed improvements will favor the increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and processes that may be outdated, in order to promote the achievement of business objectives. The evaluation was carried out in a general and specific way with the use of the questionnaire, narrative and flowchart methods, whose results are presented in the Internal Control Report. In this report, the weaknesses detected in the evaluation are reported, stating their condition, criteria, cause and effect. Likewise, the conclusions and recommendations necessary to support the correct execution of the company's own activities are indicated.
